Mylor Harbour

Mylor yacht Harbour is situated on the Fal Estuary, next to the Carrick Roads and in an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. It comprises a modern marina with 400 berths and a public slipway, a working boatyard, self-catering holiday accommodation, a cafe and a seafood restaurant.

As well as being home to the Mylor yacht Club, the harbour provides a variety of other services including marine maintenance, chandlery and rigging, electronic equipment sales, boat sales and hire and sailing courses.

Mylor was originally the most westerly naval dockyard in England and during the Second World War was a centre for the French Resistance. It is now home to the Fal River Oyster Fishery, the last remaining commercial fishing fleet operating under sail in Europe.

Mylor isn't just for those interested in sailing. With its spectacular views and harbourside cafe and restaurant it's the perfect place for a long, land-based lunch.
