The upper floor of Lemon Street market is occupied by the Lander Gallery
and the Gallery Café. The Lander Gallery specialises in 'fine art
with a Cornish connection' and sells both classic and contemporary art.
The owl (and the bear, which you can see from downstairs)
hanging from the ceiling are not Lander Gallery Exhibits, but giant paper
lantern sculptures prepared for the City of Lights procession which takes
place annually in November.
