Goonhilly Earth Station, inside Arthur (Aerial 1)

Arthur's aerial mount is constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire structure rotates on a 12.8 metre diameter chain-driven roller track. Elevation movement (tilt) is achieved by a giant vertical screw attached to a rod on the back of the dish.
