Fifteen Cornwall opened its doors in May 2006 and, with its stylish interior, spectacular views and inspirational menu, almost immediately established itself as one of the best places to eat in the county. Fifteen Cornwall serves a social, as well as a culinary role, providing young people in Cornwall with an opportunity to train as chefs and learn the restaurant business.
